Happy New Year!!
Happy 2006 to all my blogging chums!!
Piccie of me with the band, stage right trying to play soul music!!! This was taken in May last year and was a gloriously warm evening. The venue backed onto Ozzy Osbourne's estate (his UK home) and sure enough we had a complaint from house around midnight about the noise!! Rock 'n' Roll!!!
Here are a few tracks as promised from our recent recording session!!

New year's resolution is to use less exclamation marks.

Wow, this is really good stuff, you have a horn section, you guys are serious. "Gimme Some Lovin" is one of my all time fave's. That's too funny you kept the prince of darkness awake. ROCK EN ROLL!!!
I enjoyed listening to every song!
Happy New Year Steve.
Ozzy was complaining? Now I've heard everything! Happy New Year!

Steve,
Your tracks are great! I was thinking how much your style was reminiscent of The Commitments, especially with the horns going. Your female singer has it all going on, by the way- the voice, the dress.
I love the bit about keeping Ozzy from his beauty sleep. *giggle*
Cheers,

Hi Steve,
Happy 2006 for you!
I am now blogging on a computer that thinks your music is film and then does nothing for lack of images.
But your repertoire is familiar to me so I just play it in my head.
Very professional!
I'll soon be back with my own PowerBook and have a proper listen.
You guys sound great. I love working with a horn section. Haven't done it for awhile.
Poor Ozzy!
You shouldn't have any problems with the chat room. Click on the link on my blog to get to the sign in page. Fill in a user name and click chat. Once in the room type in the box below the screen and hit enter. You might want to turn your pop up blocker on. The room has pop ups once in awhile. If you want I will meet you there sometime before the chat to test it out. Let me know when?
Peace, love and light,
Ric
Very kind of you to say that. Thanks mate!
Hi Steve!
Just returning your greetings! Thanks for the comments in my blog. Hope things are well. Just embarking on listening to your songs.
This is really great stuff, thanks! Love the horn section!
Hi Steve
Lower temparatures and a favourable wind. Result: I could listen to all three of your soundposts.
Verrrry professional, wouldn't mind dancing to that (or watching your singer, come to think of it). Totally classy!

I see from Simons blog that tomorrow is your birthday, I hope you have a wonderful day and an ever better year! Happy Birthday to you!
Happy birthday, Steve!
