Aww sorry you're suffering from this, Steve. My ex-husband suffered from this badly, and it was hard for him to get through the milder winters here. Right now, I'll bet a lot of people in Toronto are affected; we're having an English winter, rain and overcast skies instead of the usual snow.
Have you consider changing the lamps in your house and getting the kinds they use to grow plants? My cousin (also has S.A.D.) swears by this to get her through. It might help.

...Me too Steve. Although it will feel less personal there will be a message board on the CC site. We were fortunate to have the opportunity to connect with Simon in the blog world. Perhaps when life is less busy with rehearsing, recording, and touring, he will come back.
